Privacy policy

Who we are

Null Motion runs nullmotion.com and sells Null Studio plans. This policy covers the website, the early-access list, and Stripe checkout. Questions go to kaiguy432@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Email. If you subscribe for updates or start checkout with an email, we store that address and a short source label (such as which button you used).
• Payment details. Stripe collects your card and billing details. Null Motion does not store your full card number. Stripe sends us the checkout result: customer, plan, amount, and the email on the payment.
• Abuse limits. Cloudflare gives us the connecting IP address. We store a short hash of it for one hour so the same network cannot submit the list or checkout over and over. We do not keep the raw IP in our database.
• Theme preference. The site can store a theme choice in localStorage on your device. It is not sent to us.

The marketing site has no accounts and no passwords. Null Studio runs on your computer. Footage you edit there stays on that computer unless you upload it somewhere yourself. This site does not receive those files.

Why we use it

• Send the one email when your studio seat is ready, and the updates you subscribed to.
• Start, renew, pause, or cancel the plan you chose, and keep the billing record.
• Block repeated signup and checkout attempts.
• Meet tax, accounting, and payment obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for ads.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes the payment. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the email list and billing-event log.

We share information if the law requires it, or to protect the site from abuse.

How long we keep it

List emails stay until you ask us to delete them. Billing records stay for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Rate-limit hashes roll forward only while requests keep arriving inside the hour, and they are not used to identify you.

Your choices

Email kaiguy432@gmail.com to get a copy of the email and plan records we hold, to correct them, or to delete the list entry. Billing records that the law tells us to keep stay in the payment history. You can unsubscribe from product mail in that same email.

Children

Null Motion is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The current version is always at nullmotion.com/privacy.
